We have permanently closed.

Sadly, due to razor thin margins and fierce competition within the bookselling industry, we have made the decision to permanently close Paper Thistle Books. The financial constraints and pressures meant that we were unable to make a positive balance since opening in October 2025 resulting in there being a financial deficit that is unsustainable.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all who have supported, promoted and bought from Paper Thistle Books - it has been an incredible journey with an unfortunate ending.
