Luca Serra is a writer from Northern Italy who has lived in Scotland for more than a decade. A former translator in Glasgow, he now teaches Italian. His work explores themes of immigration, identity, and belonging, often focusing on misfits and outsiders. He received a Scottish New Writers Award for Fiction in 2020. His debut English novel, This Is Home, was published in 2026.
