Tracy works in a nursing home, and hates it with a force she does not bother to soften. The job has its small compensations: sleeping pills, if no one notices, and Juan, the man who sells her weed and seems to want more than conversation.

Then one of the residents dies, and Tracy insists it was not her fault. After that, things begin to shift. The dead woman will not leave her alone, appearing wherever Tracy goes, with a face that unsettles her and a presence that feels impossible to explain.

Tracy does not know whether she is being haunted, losing her grip, or being pushed towards something she would rather not understand. All she knows is that the woman is there, and that whatever she wants, Tracy is running out of patience.
