At Paper Thistle Ltd, we’re committed to providing transparent, fair, and consistent pricing across all of our products and services. This policy outlines how we set our prices, manage Plus Member discounts, and handle payments securely. It forms part of our full Terms and Conditions.

Our Pricing

  • Standard Prices: All prices listed on our website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and represent the retail price at the time of publication. Prices may change without notice depending on supplier costs, market conditions, or promotional activity.

  • Plus Member Prices: Customers with an active Paper Thistle Plus membership automatically receive a 10% discount on all eligible products across the site. Member prices are displayed in place of standard prices whenever you are logged in as a Plus Member.

    • Discounted prices are applied automatically at product level — no codes are required.

    • The Plus Member discount does not apply to the purchase of the membership itself or any excluded products as clearly stated on product pages.

    • If a Plus Member discount and a promotional discount are both active, only the greater discount will apply.

  • Brand New Products: Unless otherwise stated, all items sold by Paper Thistle are brand new. We do not sell second-hand or ex-display items.

  • Price Accuracy: We make every effort to ensure all pricing information displayed on our website is correct. However, if an error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Promotions and Discounts

  • Occasionally, we run promotions, sale events, or provide discount codes. All offers are subject to stated terms, including time limits, stock availability, and eligibility.

  • Promotional offers cannot be combined with Plus Member discounts unless explicitly stated. Promotional terms will always be displayed alongside each offer.

  • Plus Member pricing operates separately from general promotions and remains active year-round as part of the membership benefit package.

Payments

  • Advance Payment: Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. Orders are only processed once payment has been successfully received.

  • Accepted Payment Methods:

    • Visa

    • Mastercard

    • Stripe (secure card payments)

    • Klarna (buy now, pay later options)

    • Clearpay (interest-free instalments)

  • When using Klarna or Clearpay, acceptance is subject to the provider’s approval and terms. Paper Thistle has no control over acceptance decisions or credit agreements.

Payment Security

  • All transactions are processed securely using industry-standard SSL encryption through trusted third-party providers.

  • We do not store, access, or retain your payment details. Payment processing is handled securely through integrated payment gateways such as Stripe, Klarna, and Clearpay.

Currency

  • All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). All payments must be made in GBP.
