Katerina, a former photojournalist, has escaped to her grandmother’s village at the edge of a vast forest, living quietly through herbal medicine and beekeeping.

Her solitude is broken when a silent boy appears in the marketplace carrying only a scrap of paper with her name written on it. Unable to ignore him, Katerina offers shelter. His arrival coincides with growing unease. Crops are failing. A digital sickness is spreading. The ghosts are stirring, and fear takes hold.

Branded a witch, Katerina flees into the forest with the boy, Stefan. Together they search for his missing father and the source of the disease infecting both machines and minds. If a cure exists, Katerina may be the only one capable of finding it. To survive, she must confront her past and learn to trust again.

This is an atmospheric speculative thriller about technology, folklore and the lingering shadows we carry with us.
