Gary Maclean is a multi-award-winning chef, Scotland's National Chef, and the 2016 champion of BBC's MasterChef: The Professionals. He is the author of several cookbooks, including Kitchen Essentials, Gary Maclean's Scottish Kitchen, and Scottish Celebrations. Maclean is also the Executive Chef at the City of Glasgow College and owns the Edinburgh restaurant Creel Caught.
