Jenni Daiches is the name under which literary historian Jenni Calder writes novels and poetry. Born in the USA and educated in the United States and England, she has lived and worked in Scotland since 1971. From 1978 to 2001 she worked at the National Museum of Scotland in various roles. Before and since, she has worked as a freelance writer and lecturer.
